NHS customers are entitled to free frames and lenses from our large range of free frames. Alternatively you can choose any in-store offer or frame and we will discount the value of your NHS voucher from the complete price.

You are entitled to an NHS voucher if you are
- Under 16
- Under 19 in full time education
- If you or your partner receive
- Income Support
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Employment Support Allowance
- If you or your partner receive a tax credit and are named on a tax credit NHS exemption certificate
- If you are named on a NHS HC2 Certificate for full help with health costs (HC3 certificate holders receive part help)
- If you are registered blind or partially sighted.
You are also entitled to a FREE eye examination if you are a diabetic, have glaucoma or there is a close family history of glaucoma.
